What I've learned as a Designer
One of the most important things I’ve learned as a freelance designer is how crucial it is to identify the right problem to solve. Through user research and data analysis, I aim to uncover the real challenges and create a strategic design plan that not only addresses those issues but also supports long-term business growth.
Clients often come to me with an issue—sometimes based on user feedback, sometimes based on their own perspective. But ultimately, it’s my responsibility to zoom out, see the bigger picture, and make sure we’re solving the right problems—the ones that will truly benefit both the users and the business in the long run.

Beyond Design
You can often find me strolling through nature at places like the sculpture park at Frederik Meijer Gardens, where I draw inspiration from thoughtful designs (i.e., this beautifully sculpted stone arch that balances strength, stability, and elegance).
I’m also learning to code to deepen my understanding beyond visual design and ensure greater design-to-code accuracy. Plus, I enjoy the creative challenge. Check out this simple game I built for fun!
